Welcome to “光显” (the “App”). These Terms form an agreement between you and the developer, Joy Ho, regarding your use of the App. By installing, opening, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
The App is a video editing and color grading tool that runs locally on your device, offering editing, color grading (color wheels, scopes, etc.), stabilization, captions and stickers, Live Photo export, and more. All processing happens locally on your device.
New users get a 7-day free trial starting from first launch, during which all features are available and exports carry no watermark.
After the trial ends, you may continue to use the App and its export features, but exported videos will carry a “光显” watermark.
To remove the watermark permanently, you can purchase the Pro version within the App (a one-time purchase, not a subscription, with no auto-renewal). The exact price is shown in the App, and payment is completed through the Apple App Store.
This purchase is a non-consumable item and supports “Restore Purchase.” For refunds, please apply through Apple’s official channels; the developer cannot process refunds directly.
You are responsible for all content you import, edit, and export, and you warrant that you hold the necessary rights. You must not use the App to infringe others’ lawful rights or for any unlawful purpose.
You must not reverse-engineer, crack, redistribute, or use the App for any illegal purpose.
The intellectual property of the App and its interface, code, icons, and built-in assets belongs to the developer. The copyright of the content you import and export belongs to you.
We value your privacy. The App does not collect or upload any of your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Please save your projects and exported videos promptly.
If these Terms are updated, the latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
