Welcome to "Crazy Film" (the "App"). These Terms form an agreement between you and the developer, Joy Ho, regarding your use of the App. By installing, opening, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
The App is a film-photography tool that runs locally on your device, offering live light metering, film- and scene-based exposure suggestions, live negative viewing, one-tap negative-to-positive conversion, professional color grading (curves / HSL / color wheels / LUT), lossless export, a shot log (per-frame exposure settings / gear / optional GPS), and a Develop Timer (timing, reminders, and reference times for the development process). All processing is performed on your device.
New users get a 7-day free trial from first launch, with all features available during the trial.
After the trial ends, a membership is required to keep using the App's features. Two options are offered:
· Annual subscription: an auto-renewable item. The subscription renews at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal charge is applied to your Apple Account within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
· Lifetime membership: a one-time purchase; it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
Prices are as shown in the App, payment is processed through the Apple App Store, and "Restore Purchases" is supported. For refunds, please apply through Apple's official channels; the developer cannot process refunds directly.
You are responsible for all content you import, edit, and export, and you warrant that you hold the necessary rights. You must not use the App to infringe others' lawful rights or for any unlawful purpose.
You must not reverse-engineer, crack, redistribute, or use the App for any illegal purpose.
Intellectual property rights in the App and its interface, code, icons, and built-in assets belong to the developer. You retain the copyright to the content you import and export.
Film and brand names appearing in the App are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to refer to real film stocks for shooting and metering reference. There is no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement between the App and any of these owners.
We value your privacy; the App collects and uploads none of your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The App is provided "as is." Exposure suggestions, metering, and conversion results are for reference only and are not guaranteed to suit every shooting scenario. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Please save your work frequently.
1. Nature. The Develop Timer only provides timing, reminders, and reference times compiled from publicly available technical documentation. It is informational and a tool only, and does not constitute any promise or guarantee as to development results.
2. Reference times and accuracy. The built-in reference times are compiled from technical documentation publicly released by film and chemistry manufacturers. Temperature compensation, push/pull conversion, and the like are estimates and may differ from your actual film, chemistry, batch, dilution, water temperature, agitation method, and equipment. Always defer to the official instructions for the chemicals/kit you use.
3. Irreversible risk. Development is an irreversible chemical process; incorrect time, temperature, or handling may permanently and irrecoverably damage your film. You acknowledge and voluntarily assume any film damage or other loss that may result from using this feature (including, without limitation, relying on its reference times).
4. Chemicals and personal safety. Development involves chemicals such as developer, stop bath, bleach, fixer, and stabilizer, some of which are corrosive, toxic, or hazardous to health (e.g., potassium permanganate, dichromates, color developing agents). The App does not provide chemical-safety guidance. You must read and follow the relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS), product instructions, applicable laws and regulations, and waste-disposal requirements; provide your own protective equipment; and remain responsible for your work environment and personal safety.
5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable, under any express or implied warranty, for any film or material damage, personal injury, property loss, or any direct or indirect loss arising from use of this feature. The feature is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
If these Terms are updated, the latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
